All of our Licensed NCMT's are trained in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and TMJ work. For more details, just ask. Massage therapy sessions are one hour including time to consult with your therapist, undress and dress, resulting in 50 minutes of hands-on time. 90 minute sessions are also booked this way leaving 80 minutes of hands-on time. Massage cannot be performed if you have had a surgical procedure within the past 60 days or during the first two trimesters of pregnancy. Please let your therapist know if you have botox, fillers, threads, or cosmetic implants.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE $105 / $155
A trained Thai Yoga massage therapist stretches you with specific, assisted yoga poses. The therapist presses knuckles, feet, hands, thumbs and fingers into specific points while holding you in a stretch. Relieves areas of muscular stress and tension. Techniques involve stretching myofascial tissue; acupressure; compression of tissue; and manipulation of soft tissue.
